I can't say enough about our experience at the Barn Hera pet hotel run by the wonderful Julide! As pet parents, we were initially quite anxious about leaving our furry family member in someone else's care. However, our worries melted away the moment we stepped into their establishment. Julid, the owner, truly stands out as one of the kindest and most compassionate individuals we've ever met. Her genuine love for animals shines through in every aspect of the hotel. She took the time to understand our dog's unique needs and preferences, and it was evident that our pet would be treated like family during their stay. Mirza, the staff member, was an absolute delight. His friendly demeanor put our pet at ease from the start. Both Julide and Mirza provided updates and reassurance throughout our dog's stay, making us feel like we were a part of their daily activities. Our initial anxiety quickly transformed into peace of mind and gratitude for the exceptional care our pet received at this hotel. We are thrilled to see our dog's tail wagging with joy in every video. It's clear that they had a fantastic time and were well-cared for. Thanks to Julide and the entire team at the Barn Hera pet hotel, we wouldn't think twice before recommending their services to other pet parents. Their commitment to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for our furry family members is truly commendable. From the first time that we met Julie at Barn Hera we immediately felt very relaxed and welcome. Barn Hera is a very nice place for our dog Indy to stay. She can wonder around in the nice green area and is very well loved and taking care of by Julie. We are very happy to have found such a nice dog pension which such devoted caretaker and would surely recommend it to everyone🤗

The best pet hotel I have seen in Turkey. In nature, it is paradise for dogs. Dogs have their rooms, even a sofa in the room. There is a huge yard to run. Even a little swimming pool. The owner lady is lovely, kind and inspiring woman! Great!

Our dog is very happy here. She has new friends, hoomans that take very good care of her, we have daily videos of her and her tail is always wagging from happiness. She does not care that she has a sea-view but her hoomans count it as a very plus.
